What is the biggest challenge facing the Democrat controlled federal government?

And please don't say it has anything to do with Republicans. For years they have been little more than a speed bump in congress, and the current administration is obviously not Republican. What is the biggest challenge facing the Democrat controlled federal government?
The public losing faith in the main stream media which uses propaganda from the Soros controlled networks.

Why would a businessman with common sense advertise on any media that promotes the destruction of the 'free enterprise system'.?

The MSM deserves to Fail. What is the biggest challenge facing the Democrat controlled federal government?
It depends on exactly what you mean:

If it's in terms of keeping their jobs: Fixing the economy. If the economy improves the current Dem majority will be around for a long time. If not th Dems could be in serious trouble.

If it's in terms of getting anything done: The Senate. You need 60 votes in the Senate to pass anything remotely controversial, and Senators tend not to vote as a block, especially among the Democrats who have a lot of relatively conservative members. Also their 60th vote is Arlen Specter, a Republican who turned Dem to avoid a primary challenge.
K Street in Washington DC is where the big lobbying firms have their headquarters and is sometimes refered to as the fourth branch of government. Lobbying firms have great influence in U.S. national politics due to monetary resources and the revolving door policy of hiring former government officials. It is common practice for politicians to request money from lobbying firms for an exchange in better access to officials and to buy favoritism in policies.

Historically, K Street hires top ex-politicians from both major parties since party in power can vary between elections and among the legislative and executive branches in government.

Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, taxes, loss of jobs, loss of companies closing their business or moving it out of the U.S., unemployment, and the socialist idea that half the Americans want to work really hard and give Obama most of our paycheck to pay for the other half the population that doesn't like to work or are bums. No thanks.
Right now, its convincing a majority of voters, as well as Senators and Congressmen, that government-run health care in beneficial for them. If they can't the Democrats run the risk of losing a their large majority in Congress and perhaps the majority altogether.
To stop paying attention to the Republicanazis.
