Your face wash doesn't have any spf in it.. find a cream for the face with sun screen it will help moisturize your skin and give you protection.
use a thirty plus sun block
It can be prevented using a sun screen as mentioned before me. That's the only remedy I can think of.
Aloe vera gel will soothe out the burning sensation.
