i cant access my control panel properly .whenever i open the control panel it shows this error message ';An error occurred whil working with this file C:windows\system32\netsetup.cpl ';.some times allthings get stuck .how to solve this problem?Facing problem with control panel?
That file appears messed up. If there are other issues like Task Manager won't open or msconfig won't run, etc., a virus may have messed up your PC. Consider booting from Windows installation disc and doing a repair. After the repair, boot to SAFE mode and scan for virus.
If there are no other issues, try s System Restore to a date when Control Panel was fine.
