How to control the emotion suppose I have to face such occasion?

Mind control how can get it for all time when ever required to take major decision etc.How to control the emotion suppose I have to face such occasion?
Most humans do not have a disciplined mind. This requires either years of training or an exceptional experience that brings enlightenment.

It is not the emotion that you want to control but the reaction to the emotion. This also takes some practice. It is very much easier without all of the mental turmoil that often accompanies strong emotions.

Suppressing the emotion is not healthy. Learning to express your emotions without seeming to lose control is a matter of choice. The key is to find the words or actions which express what you feel without doing anything stupid.

The more this is practiced, the better you will become at it. Meditation or Zen training helps some, but is not for everyone. Some people find it easier to make major decisions after putting their current emotional insanity down on paper and then burning the paper.

Learning to breathe deeply also has a calming effect. How to control the emotion suppose I have to face such occasion?
hmmm!!! smile when it is funny , laugh when it is SO funny , cry when it is bad , get angry when it gets sad ,
* Long term process - Practise Yoga and Meditation* with a proper guidance of Guru.

* For short tem - Try to get out of that location, take the matter as nothing still happened, just analyse the situation and how it can be solved in future, take a glass of water, and so on.
The only thing that is going to help you is CONFIDENCE.

Tell yourself how great you are.
It is something which would require practise.

There are number of activities such as breathing practise, Singing meditation, activating switch off mode, Melt-flow-direct, Let go loose and so many other.

Its not possible to provide complete details here but you can visit www.expertocredeindia.com for reference

There are good answers here. Emotions are a part of all of us. People who hold them in tend to explode, eventually. So if you do control yourself in public. Make sure you confide in a friend or loved one, you can trust in private. Let it out. Breathing is good. Exercise will help if your stressed, angry, or upset.
