I need help to control pimples on a 12 year old girls face, they seem to be worse on her forehead and b4 period

Please suggest any treatments or courses to take thankyou for your helpI need help to control pimples on a 12 year old girls face, they seem to be worse on her forehead and b4 period
i use crest cavity toothpaste. just the regular toothpaste, the blue kind. if not, try a healthier diet and tell her to drink only water, and NO CHOCOLATE OR SALTY THINGS during her period. Take her to a determologists to help her skin if this doesn't work. %26amp;%26amp; also she might want to get checked out at planned parenthood or obgyn and get on the pill because it regulates horomones (which causes pimples before periods), even though she isn't having sex.I need help to control pimples on a 12 year old girls face, they seem to be worse on her forehead and b4 period
I would suggest drugs and chemicals should really be avoided if at all possible. Aspartame and caffeine should be removed from the diet as soon as possible, also reduce salt intake (crisps etc).

Water in the form of bottled still mineral water should be consumed at a rate of 1 - 2 litres per day at least, to flush toxins from the system.

It is highly likely that this is an early indication of a slightly compromised immune system, even if the condition transpires to be an allergy.

I work with a research and development company who pioneered the science of glyconutrition, and I will be more than happy to get some information to you if you wish.

Good Luck
There are cleansing cloths she can use everyday on her face.

Keep her hair clean so the oil from her bangs won't get on her

face. Avoid oily, starchy foods during her time of the month

and right before. A healthier diet will help all the other times.

Tell her not to play/pick/or mess with her pimples. The oil from her fingers will only make matters worse. A dermatologist can

also help with real bad acne.
My 12 yr old daughter had the same problem. She was washing her face, using astringent, and no change. We started trying different products like acne creams, but the one that works best is by ';Clean %26amp; Clear'; maximum strength persa-gel 10. It comes in a 1 oz. tube, and a little goes a long way. Within a week her face was cleared, but she will need to use it on the areas needed every night, wether she is broken out or not. So, my other daughter and I started using it when we need it, and it works great. My 55 yr old mother even uses it when needed. She now, loves it too. The tube cost about $5.00, and we've had ours for about 1 1/2 months. Good luck!
how sweet are you? well that still happens to me around that time of the month so i guess some things can't be helped. however if she cut out all greasy, chocolate and salty foods and soda pop is a big cause for pimples too. stress could do it if shes stressed out from school or something.
Relax it is completely normal for your her to be breaking out like that. She is a walking ball of hormones which is what causes the breakouts. As for before her period that is normal too I always seem to break out before I start mine.

I really like the Clean and Clear Blackhead face wash.

Make sure she is cleaning her face in this order (in the morning and in the evening)

1. Wash face

2. Use toner or astringent

3. Mostrizer

4. Get her some kind of acne cream she can put on the pimples.

Cover girl makes these sheets that are in a pack about the size of a pack of trident gum. The are oil absorbing sheets. If during the day she feels her skin is a little oily she can take these sheets and press them against her skin and they soak up some of the excess oil
