MY FACE HAS GONE OUT OF CONTROL AFTER USING ACNE MEDICATION. please help!!!!!?

:( my doctor prescribed me differin (acne medication) about 3 weeks ago.. and ive been using it on a daily basis.... but now my face is HORRRRENDOUS AND WAY WORSE THAN IT WAS BEFORE IN THE FIRST PLACE and i have some zits and a million small bumps everywhere that are kinda red.. what are those!?!?! please help someone :( im losing hope for my skinMY FACE HAS GONE OUT OF CONTROL AFTER USING ACNE MEDICATION. please help!!!!!?
DO NOT STOP APPLYING THE MEDICATION!





Differin will cause a temporary flare up of your acne and it will go away in about a week. If you stop the medication, your acne will stay at this flare up and will not improve.





Stay strong and finish the therapy, and if it doesn't work, discuss the possibility of Accutane or blue light therapy if your dermatologist has it.

Differin, i used that at one time. My dermatologist gave me some of that but it was not for like a full facial medication. for me it was supposed to be used on a small bump on my nose. as for what i know about acne medication, i have been having break outs and been looking up medication and things of that such. i have found that certain medications are sometimes too strong or too weak. this causes a bad reaction (especially if it is too strong) and can increases outbreaks and pimples. What u need to try to do is to consult your doctor and then stop using the medication and switch to more of a face cream. THERE IS NO MEDICATION THAT GETS RID OF ACNE THAT IS THERE. acne medication only helps prevent more acne from showing up. right now i am using proactive. for me this has helped, but i still have some zits and pimples and all that good stuff but it makes them smaller. if u don't want to pay a lot for medication (proactive costs about 20 dollars a month) then u need to go to your local drug store and they will have shelves full of medication. u should get ones that are labeled something like ';face wash'; and then maybe one labeled ';black head scrub'; if break outs still occur then think about proactive. i hope i helped. oh and a few more things, when washing your face splash it with hot water, this opens the poors so the face wash has the full effect. then when you aply your face wash rinse it with cold water, this closes the poors and helps prevent more acne and a few weeks back i went into the ocean and found that the salt water actually helped pop my pimples and worked as a natural face wash, so if u can find a way to utilize that then tell me :] lol i hoped i helped
umm rubbing alcohol gets rid of acne. just rub it on your face a few times a day and in a couple weeks it will really clear up.
stop using it.... get proactive!!
Well just stop taking it cuz most people react to diffrent thing's and uh your is reacting to diffren.Well good luck. P.S Wash your face every night with warm water it helps me, or cold water lol it really does not matter.
