I turn red in the face pretty easily and I have absolutely no control over it. Is there any way to stop it?

I am already old enough where it is just plain annoying. I dont have self confidence issues...anytime i am embrassed in the least bit or nervous, my whole face burns red...any idea on how to stop/control it?I turn red in the face pretty easily and I have absolutely no control over it. i know EXACTLY how you feel..i've gotten past the stange of being embarrassed and little girl shy...and i do the same thing. my face gets beet red...i wish there was something to help, it doesn't bother me that much i just learn to deal with it, but if it really does bother you, then go a dermatologist and they might beable to help youI turn red in the face pretty easily and I have absolutely no control over it. NO YOU CAN'T CONTROL IT . IT IS YOUR OWN PERSONALITY AND YOU SOUND AS IF YOU HAVE A GREAT ONE DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT PEOPLE WILL LOVE YOU FOR WHAT YOU ARE NOT BECAUSE YOU BLUSH EASILY MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND KEEP YOU SAFE

Still........I say when you are older and more confident with yourself it will stop. I say this because I was the same way when I was younger and it happened less and less as I got older. I didnt want focus of any kind to be on me and would just feel myself turning red ! Good luck.
Drink something cold! I read this in a magazine once.
well live with it i have the same problems. i just started middle school so it's hapened a lot. well take a drama class and earn confedenss. or take a class that has acting or stuff that makes u stand out that's what i'm taking in school. and if that dosen't nwork just tell your self you not going do worse, just pertend your laughing or just think of stuff that's worse. it makes a difference...belive me.
