Also, sometimes if you go on birth control pills, it controls your acne. You can try a self tanner on your face to blend in the dark marks or you can purchase an anti-fade cream that they sell at the drug stores and just put it on the dark marks. There was an episode of the Brady Bunch were Jan wanted to fade her freckles and they suggested rubbing a lemon on her face (maybe this would work for both the acne and the oiliness). That's all I can think of right now.
I have the same problem. I have acne on my back,chest and face. I was using proactive for a long time and it worked great. But then all of a sudden it stopped. I finally gave up and went to my pediatrician and she gave me tetracycline to take it worked but it was not strong enough,





So I went to a dermatologists and she put me on minocycline and a shower gel and a creme and its working better but I have a lot of scars.





The medication I think that would worked the best is Accutane. My doctor says it works miracles but has bad side effects. Just do some research on it and ask your doctor about it.
