Seborrheic dermatits on my face how do i control it... pls help?

There are over-the-counter anti-fungal creams that may be of help. The active ingredient will usually end in ';azole';. Nizoral shampoo contains ketoconazole, which can be used on your face. Reducing the amount of simple sugars you consume may help, as yeasts thrive on sugar. Scratching the affected skin will probably exacerbate your symptoms, so try not to pick too much.

Seborrheic dermatitis can also be a symptom of other conditions, for instance anything that makes your skin a lot more oily. Diabetes may make it worse as well, as more sugar is exceted in the sweat and skin healing time slows down. Seborrheic dermatitis is also often seen in Parkinson's disease, but it is not fully understood why.Seborrheic dermatits on my face how do i control it... pls help?
You use the cream the doc prescribed. Normally that would be Ketaconazole cream but you didn't say what your doc has prescribed for you.Seborrheic dermatits on my face how do i control it... pls help?
Wash it with soap containing selenium sulfide.
Try an herbal anti-eczema cream from http://www.champori.com It works really fast and well.
I have been dealing with a bad outbreak off and on for about two years. A week or so ago, I started mixing a few drops of tea tree oil with cetaphil moisturizer, and it's tons better (gone). Also try taking acidophilious tablets, as seborrhea is caused by a fungus.
