I cant control half of my face and i cant blow through my left nostril i feel dizzy some times and i wont smile properly;im kinda scared but its not numb or nethingI cant control half of my face?
sounds like bell's palsy which is treatable but might be something more serious too. See the Dr. no matter what.I cant control half of my face?
I agree with everyone else that it is bells palsy. Just make sure you relax. My grandma had that a few years ago and she had to wear an eyepatch for awhile.
A few questions:

How old are you?

Have you had any recent, hard knocks to your head?

Have you been outdoors for extended periods of time and found ticks on you?

Have you found a rash anywhere on your body that resembles a Bull's Eye?

Sounds like you have a bit of Bell's Palsy. This condition is a spontaneous paralysis of one half of the face due to an insult to the nerve that controls muscle tonicity and movement in the face. Usually, it the left half of the face and it is reversible.

What I have learned on the subject is that in the younger population, this is one of the signs of Lyme Disease. You need to see your doctor and right away.
GET TO THE DOCTOR ASAP! YOU PROBABLY NEED ANTIBIOTICS AND FAST!!!!!!

Have you been bitten by a tick lately, that you're aware of? You may very well have what's called ';Bell's Palsy';, a condition where half of your facial muscles stop working. This happened to my son, and I freaked out and brought him to the doctors. After a blood test, it was confirmed that he got Lyme's Disease, and the Bell's Palsy (in his case) was caused by the Lyme's Disease. He was put on a round of antibiotics, and as it was CAUGHT IN TIME he got rid of it. I was told that time is of the essence and if I had waited he may not have gotten his face to work again. Even if the Lyme's is treated and goes away, the Bell's Palsy may or may NOT ever go away, that is what the doctor told me. I don't mean to scare you, but the faster you get to a doctor and get a blood test, the better your chances of, if that's what it is, it will go away.

There are other reasons people develop Bell's Palsy, I was told that a lot of cab or limo drivers get it because they will frequently have the window cracked open in their car, and a slight breeze will constantly be blowing at that side of their face, and this can also actually cause that symptom to happen (though I know that sounds crazy! But the doctor told me this.) I was also told that Sylvester Stallone (the actor in Rocky and First Blood, etc.) has Bell's Palsy... and if you look at his face carefully you'll notice, he only uses one side of his face.

Get to the doctor PRONTO!

Good luck. Don't be scared. I'm sorry if I scared you and don't mean to, but as a Mom who's beautiful son went through this and it scared me half to death, I know that if he didn't get treated soon enough we would have never got his cute little face back the way it was!
Other than your symptom of dizziness, it sounds like you may have Bell's palsy. Does one of your eyes blink faster than the other? Do you get soap or shampoo in one of your eyes when you take a shower? In the days before your face looked different, did some foods taste strange to you? Can you whistle? These are all signs of Bell's palsy. It is caused by inflammation of a craniofacial nerve that passes from your skull to just in front of your ear. If you get it treated immediately, it is usually completely reversible. If you let it go untreated, it may become permanent. The treatment is Predisone, which is a corticosteroid. I had Bell's palsy once. I got it treated the morning after I noticed my symptoms and it was gone within 5 days. My father had it decades earlier. It went untreated and his face was affected for the rest of his life. One of his eyes drooped and teared all the time. He could smile with only half of his mouth. He had to drink from the good side of his mouth. Get it treated as soon as possible and you should be fine.
