Shine control for my face?

I'm 15 years old and have combination skin.


My nose and forehead get oily during the day while my cheeks and my chin either stay normal or get dry.


I apply Ponds face cream every morning before I leave the house.





I hate how my face becomes shiny throughout the day. I have to keep using oil-blotting sheets. Would you recommend Biore shine control foaming cleanser? Or will it dry out my skin?
