When do we realize that when we face something beyond our control, do we realize that it isn't beyond Jesus' ?

Whether this be a personal bondage, ill health, bondage in others....whatever the circumstances...we need a future hope!

What does the word say here? When do we realize that when we face something beyond our control, do we realize that it isn't beyond Jesus' ?
When we come to the end of ourselves and see our need for a Saviour, do we realise Jesus is the answer to all our problems and all our needs. As someone said, when we think of Tiger Woods, we think of golf. When we think of Rafael Nadal, we think of tennis. (if you watch tennis tournaments... :p) When we think of Jesus, what do we think of? Yes, we think of salvation! The name ';Jesus'; means ';Saviour'; and He specialises in saving us! :)

Nothing is too hard for Jesus. In fact, the harder the problem, the ';easier'; it is for Him. When feeding 5,000 people, it took 5 loaves of bread to multiply. But when feeding 4,000 people, it took 7 loaves. Isn't it strange? More bread to feed fewer people, and less bread to feed more. It is comforting to know that our problems and challenges - whether hard or easy, whether a mountain or a hill - are not a problem for Jesus. :)

When Sarah heard the angel of the Lord prophesying she would have a child in her old age and laughed to herself in disbelief, the Lord said, ';Is anything too hard for the Lord?'; (Genesis 18:14)

Similarly, when Mary questioned the angel about her prophesised virgin birth to a Child, the angel said, ';For with God nothing will be impossible.'; (Luke 1:37)

So it is the same with us, who serve and worship the same God as them - we serve the God of ';all things are possible with Him';. God and us are a majority. Together, we can defy the odds. The enemies may come to us in one way, but they shall flee before us in seven ways, totally confused! (Deuteronomy 28:7)

Our part is to believe and confess God's promises, because all His promises are ';Yes'; and ';Amen'; in Christ, to the glory of God through us. (2 Corinthians 1:20) For troubles, ill health and bondages are not from God, but from the devil who came to steal, kill and destroy, but Jesus has come that we may have life, and life more abundantly! (John 10:10)

When we believe in God's promises, we will have hope - not the worldly kind of ';I hope so';, but the Bible kind of hope (';elpis'; in the original Greek), which means ';positive expectation of good things to come';. The Word says, ';Let us hold fast the confession of our HOPE without wavering, for He who promised is faithful';. (Hebrews 10:23) and ';Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in BELIEVING, that you may abound in hope (expectation of good) by the power of the Holy Spirit.'; (Romans 15:13)

When we agree with God's words, we are walking in fellowship with God. For ';how can two walk together unless they are agreed?'; (Amos 3:3) Our faith causes us to speak, and when we speak words of life, we will see and experience miracles and blessings manifested, for death and life are in the power of the tongue. (Proverbs 18:21) Paul wrote, ';and since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, 'I believed and therefore I spoke', we also believe and therefore speak.'; (2 Corinthians 4:13)

Therefore, sister, let's speak God's promises over our lives as often as we can, knowing that He who promises is faithful, and He will never let us be tested beyond what we can endure, but with the testing He will also make the way of escape, that we may be able to bear it. (1 Corinthians 10:13) And out of the eater (the devourer) came something sweet. No battle, no spoil. So whenever the devil throws lemons at us, God makes lemonade for us! haha When King Jehoshaphat and his army marched towards their enemies and sang of the mercy of the Lord and His goodness, God sent confusion among the enemies and they fought and killed among themselves. When King Jehoshaphat and his army reached the battlefield, all they needed to do is to collect the spoils - for three days! (2 Chronicles 20)

Indeed, when we know the length, height, breadth and depth of the love of Christ, we will see His goodness manifested in our lives, for He is able to do exceedingly, abundantly ABOVE ALL that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen! (Ephesians 3:19-21)When do we realize that when we face something beyond our control, do we realize that it isn't beyond Jesus' ?
Amen. God bless you, sister.

In John 16:33 Jesus was speaking to his disciples and he said '; These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer I have overcome the world.'; See that is Jesus' promise to us that yes we will go through bad stuff and we may not be able to change or control the situation, but he is there and he has already overcome your circumstance, so be of good cheer because he has already worked it out for you.
Jesus is imaginary and has no control over anything, but for some reason, it makes some people happy to think that no matter what misfortune happens to them, there's somebody up there with the ability to stop it letting it happen to them anyway. Reminds me more of a kid burning ants with a magnifying glass than a loving god.
That is what we Christin,s have the promise of help when

we are in trouble or heart broken,,or sad,

is that Jesus will always be there for us if only to comfort

like the song,,move over, let Jesus take over , is very true.
I suspect that that is why some religions are so popular. Life can be tough and the world can stink at time and there is nothing we can do about it. But to believe in a father figure with magical powers must make a lot of people comfortable.

I realize that nothing is beyond the control and love of JESUS.I also can do all things thru faith in JESUS THE CHRIST.I'm so excited today as my only sister Janice has received a medical miracle from JESUS.This miracle is documented and comes with scientific proof. This just happened the other day and she just got out of the hospital. So I'm going to put together the medical information surrounding this and I will get back to YAHOO soon with this great Happening.I also think my sister has the gift of healing.I don't know but I'm going to get to the bottom of this matter over the next week or so.NOTHING IS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF JESUS. THANK YOU D'S
If one is too weak or lazy to stand on their own two feet and face the ups and downs of reality, I guess it's comforting to have the crutch of an imaginary friend.
Everything is beyond Jesus, the dude died 2,000 years ago.
Jesus is nothing more than a character in a fairy tale.
Hmmm, bondage.
Jesus is the reason! Amen!
usually after all other options have been exhausted
Matthew 11:28

Come to me, all you who are troubled and weighted down with care, and I will give you rest.
praez jeebus.
This kind of speaking should give us overwhelming comfort. It does that for me. I can sit here and think, right off, of at least 5 things that seem out of control in my own life and those closely related to me., yet this kind of speaking causes us to have hope, that after the rain the sun shines again. That the darkest hour is just before the day. That if we make our beds in hell that the Lord will be there. That nothing and no situation is beyond Him.

He holds the universe in His hands. We are never without hope.

Hallelujah for what the Bible has to say about this matter:)

2 Cor 4:8-15

8 We are pressed on every side, but not constricted, unable to find a way out but not utterly without a way out.

9 Persecuted but not abandoned, cast down but not destroyed

10 Always bearing about in the body the putting to death of Jesus , that the LIFE OF JESUS may also be manifested IN OUR BODY

11 For we who are alive are always being delivered unto death for Jesus' sake that the life of Jesus may be manifested in our mortal flesh

12 So then, death operates in us, but LIFE IN YOU

13 And having the SAME SPIRIT of FAITH according to that WHICH IS WRITTEN. '; I believe, therefore I SPEAK'; we also believe, therefore we also speak'; ( Hallelujah!!!)

14 Knowing that He who raised the Lord Jesus will RAISE US ALSO with Jesus and wil make us stand before Him with you.

15 For ALL THINGS are for your sakes that the GRACE which has ABOUNDED through the greater number may cuase thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God.

Hallelujah.

Praise the Lord

Love this encouraging declaration in your question.
