I've seem to lost muscle control on the left side of my face. I cant really smile and my eyes sometimes tear up. Is it Bells-Palsy or what? Please tell me what to do before anything else happens.What do I do if I lost muscle control on the left side of my face?

get to the ER sounds like a stroke.
It could be Bells- Palsy, or any number of other things. Best go to a doctor and get it checked.
