I have more control over one side of my face than the other. Why?

I'm right handed but I have better control of the left side of my face. On my right side, I have a big beauty mark that doctors always seem to worry about. If it's cancer, would that have something to do with this?I have more control over one side of my face than the other. Why?
If you had the same amount of control over both sides of your facial muscles and now don't, it could be a sign of Bells Palsy or a mini - stroke. Bells palsy usually causes near paralysis of one side of your face but can be treated well with physical therapy. Ditto on a stroke. If its' just small thinks like winking better on one side, no big deal.I have more control over one side of my face than the other. Why?
The right side of your brain controls the right side of your face but the left side of your body. Also with the left side of your brain controls the left side of your face and the right side of your body. This is how people are effected during a stroke. I wouldn't think anything about the beauty mark if they have never bothered to do a biopsy on it. They are most likely keeping an eye on shape, color and texture.
I am exactly the same but have always been aware of it. eg I can wink with my right eye but not with my left. I don't have any blemishes. I've always thought it's probably quite common.
