Lush Ultra Bland.What is the best face wash to remove make-up, including eye make-up, control spots and not dry skin?
i use neutrogena fresh foaming cleanser. it is a make-up remover and face wash in one. if i have heavy eye makeup on, then i use a q-tip and vaseline to get it off before i wash my face. works very well, yet inexpensive.
