How can I control my face's out of control flushing?

I know the occasional flush is okay, but this isn't occasional! My face will flush if I'm even a tad of a feeling(happy. angry, sad, embarrassed etc), it'll flush if I walk at a brisk pace even! It really aggrivates me especially since when it flushes from a little physical activity such as walking, it looks like I'm not in shape at all, which I am! I've tried extra foundation and lots of water but nothing seems to work! I'm tired of my face looking like a clown's nose, what can I do to prevent this?How can I control my face's out of control flushing?
WELL, EVERY PERSON IS WIRED DIFFERENTLY....IF YOU HAVE LIGHT SKIN ITS MORE HARDER TO HIDE...BUT IF YOU BLUSH A LOT YOU SHOULD CONSIDER TRYING A SLOW BREATHING EXERCISES...ALSO IF YOU CONSUME PLENTY OF CAFFEINE, IT CAN MAKE YOUR BLOOD RUSH...
